Assessment and Reporting

  At Udaan Word School we follow a formative assessment approach in junior school (preschool and primary) while at the middle school a blended approach incorporating both examination and formative assessments are followed. This is to allow for assessing academic, thinking, application and personal skills. Individual student progress is reported through Report Cards twice yearly in October and March. In junior classes a child is assessed in an informal manner by the teachers on regular basis and a fair record is maintained . Evidences of their work are kept as evidence. The children are tested on a range of skills and knowledge that have been learnt throughout the session.
